FAQ and Support

Welcome to the LUCA e-Learning Platform!

This FAQ section covers the most important aspects of the platform, from enrolling and participating to earning your Confirmation of Successful Participation. We hope these questions help you navigate the platform successfully.

Step-by-Step Guide to Login
Use the menu on the left side to open the [Achievements] submenu. Once you have completed a module, you will find the confirmation of participation under 'Certificate'.  After completing the entire course you can also access a badge from the "Badge" submenu.

Within a Module:

  • Click [Learning Progress] from a course submenu, there you see a detailed overview of all learning elements in this module and the associated progress status

From the left side menu:

  • Click the button [Achievements]. After clicking on it, you will see three options: Learning History, Badges, and Confirmation of Participation.
  • After clicking [Learning History], your progress will be displayed, showing everything from when you first logged in to your current progress on the platform.

Forgot your username or password?
After successful finalisation of the 4 modules, you will receive a “Confirmation of successful participation” (badge) which can be used for example in your LinkedIn profile.
In addition, you will be invited to attend an international event including a gala dinner which will take place on 1st July 2025 in Italy (Limited number of participants – first come, first served). In this event, sales and tech-experts will give you insights into new developments relevant for commercial agents’ business plus a unique networking opportunity is offered.
